Jixee market themselves as "the easiest issue tracker on the market" however the platform extends right into the development workflow of Dev, QA, Release & Backlog. I've seen (as an outsider, non-developer) lots of these types of platforms before however the UI and integrations into Slack, GitHub and many more have made this platform stand out for me.

I like what I see, and just signed up to try it out myself. First question that comes to mind... why not just use github issues?
