I needed to make an international call. Just one. I checked my mobile carrier — $20+ per limited time. I checked VoIP apps — “Start a monthly subscription.” I didn’t want a plan. I didn’t want an app. I didn’t want to think about it again after the call. So I built Jetcaller. A simple tool to make international calls directly from your browser — no SIM, no app installs, no subscriptions. You pay only when you actually make a call. I built it first for myself. Then I realized there are a lot of people like me — travelers, freelancers, founders, anyone who just needs to call abroad once in a while without getting ripped off. That’s it.

@sankarkalla cool idea, scratching your own itch is always the best starting point. the "no subscription, pay per call" model makes total sense for occasional international callers.

quick question: how does the caller ID work? does the user get a random number each time or can they pick/keep a consistent number? that could matter a lot for business use cases where the person you're calling needs to recognize who's calling.

@topfuelauto thank u for your response mostafa. if user wanted to make quick call then he can use default public number. for businesses & clients who need permanent numbers to make a call we offer buy your phone number option.
