Frankly, if I was expecting a company to build a great world model (or a game-like open world model), it would be Tencent, bringing their deep game development experience to their Hunyuan models. The interactivity and realism in this new Hunyuan-GameCraft are seriously impressive. You can basically "direct" a game scene from a single image using keyboard inputs, and it maintains long-term consistency. Plus, it's open-weight, and the quantized model can run on a consumer GPU like the 4090.
