Hey James good thing you posted would have never known about alternatives. Would you recommend service for launched live products only? We have launched our product but based on user feedback went back to waiting list and will launch BETA 2.0 few months from now. Would you recommend service like that at this stage? Thank you

We have used this service for 3 months now and the only "PR" opportunities they brought to us were paid advertising. They never delivered the comprehensive report they promise at the end of each month, instead all I got was silence. While on the website, there is no way where I can log in and modify or even check the status of my campaigns. Totally un-transparent.

Pros:

It is a nice idea

Cons:

Bad communication, failed implementation, no reporting, unresponsive to messages, unable to login.

I wish I had read your note on this service before engaging them Matej. You are 100% correct on every count. The site clearly states "At the end of the month we’ll send you a comprehensive report of the emails sent, complete with their open and reply rates." This is simply not true, based on your experience and ours. We've had the service on for three billing cycles also, and the only "report" we got was a reply email six days after we asked for the "comprehensive report." Love the idea and happy to try new approaches to promotion. But I'm not a fan of firms claiming they are using AI but being unable to provide summary statistics even the weakest system should be able to spit out in the ordinary course of business. Too bad. There are other on demand PR offerings that are totally legit, such as Conrad Egosa's Publicize. Going to try out Prumio.com as a result of other comments in this thread.

The main problem with this product is that you never get a list of journalists they are contacting, so I have no idea of the quality of the list. We didn't get any results on our campaign, but maybe it'll work for other people. It's a good idea, and a nice team, but the lack of transparency makes it a non-starter for me.

Pros:

Nice and responsive people to work with.

Cons:

Buyer beware- only numerical analytics on the campaign- you never get to see the list of journalists they are contacting- zero visibility.
