I built Helpfa.st because managing contact forms and messages across multiple websites became frustrating very quickly. Each site had its own form, messages landed in different inboxes or tools, and there was no single place to see, sort, or manage everything. What started as a small annoyance turned into daily chaos as I added more projects. At first, I tried patching things together with emails and existing tools, but everything felt either too heavy or too fragmented. So I decided to build something simple for myself: one reusable contact endpoint and one clean inbox for all website inquiries. Helpfa.st evolved by stripping things down instead of adding more. No visitor accounts, no complex CRM features, just a clear overview of all messages in one place. Excited to finally share it and would love to hear your feedback 🙌
