Me and my co-founders built Helios after years working with B2B teams that were “flying blind” when it came to understanding their customers. Companies were sending surveys, collecting NPS, and doing follow-ups… but everything lived in different tools, different spreadsheets, and different people’s heads. No one had a clear view of client health, which led to preventable churn and missed revenue. Helios was born from that frustration. We wanted a simple, continuous way to measure customer perception, identify risks early, and help commercial teams act before it’s too late. Throughout the build, our approach evolved a lot. We realized the real value isn’t just collecting feedback, but turning it into clear, actionable insights that sales and CX teams can actually use every day.
