Everyone understands the importance of customer interviews, but sometimes when we have to wear so many hats, it’s impossible to do everything. I’m very curious to hear feedback on the customer experience if they enjoy the self service or would the founder have the time for the chat? Anyways, excited to use it!

Definitely seems promising. Because currently facing this problem. Don't you think a trial of 3 interviews are less, because 1 interview would be lost in trial itself.
