@adityavsc thanks for asking. We are running a private beta which is almost finished (2/3 weeks away). We simply take your fitness data/records from your wearable. We then use this data to formulate a 2 month fitness programme. The programme takes into account all the variables from the data (what type of workouts you do, fitness level, heart rate) to generate a very well articulated plan.
