Is the focus a CRM for professional services businesses, or is there an added value on notifications, automation, extra insights or something on top of a traditional CRM? If you don't have it, it's always nice to add prompt templates to autogenerate customize messages for the contacts in the given state of the pipeline too. Best of luck!

@jalcantara It is having a templates page where you can create your own template and share it without leads. You can send messages through whatsapp, sms and email immediately once the lead is assigned to you.
