Astra is why we did not freeze the product around the games we already support. Guild Manager is one home for rosters, applications, activities, loot, and analytics, connected to Discord. Each game has its own DKP rules, custom fields, attendance, and Discord sync. That is live today for WoW Forever, Aion 2, Throne and Liberty, Star Citizen, and Warborne, with World of Warcraft retail and Lineage 2 configured in the product. We add more on request. 4,065+ guilds already run on that.
The next seven weeks are two launches at once. Aion 2 Early Access is 30 September. WoW Forever is 4 November. For Aion 2 we shipped legion scheduling, party and Force composition, attendance, recruitment, and Discord, and we tell officers they probably do not need DKP because rewards are personal. For WoW Forever we shipped the guild setup plus a free talent calculator for all nine classes. No addon, no in-game import, and the calculator does not need an account.

We built Guild Manager because guilds run on four or five Discord bots and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Attendance lives in one bot, DKP in another, the roster in a sheet, and every raid night starts with someone asking which one is current.
Guild Manager puts rosters, applications, activities, loot and analytics in one app and keeps Discord as the front door. Roles sync both ways and respect your hierarchy. Officers use slash commands for everyday tasks. Attendance can come from a one-time snapshot of who is in voice. Loot runs from a quick /roll to a full bidding auction with an audit trail.
Each game gets its own setup. WoW Forever, Aion 2, Throne and Liberty, Star Citizen and Warborne have their own fields, roles and rules. We also say what a game does not need. Aion 2 rewards are personal, so we tell legions they almost certainly do not need DKP and should use scheduling, attendance and composition instead.
Try this first: connect a Discord server, create one activity with RSVP, then run /track-activity during a voice session. That is the loop most guilds stick with. If you play WoW Forever, the talent calculator in Forge is free and needs no account.
Pricing is simple. Free for guilds of any size, no credit card. Core is $19.99 a month and includes every guild management feature. Higher plans add capacity.
4,065+ guilds use it today. We would rather have your honest feedback than an upvote. Tell us what is confusing, what is missing for your game, and what you would not pay for. We will be here all day.
