Climate science organizations create extensive reports that are often thousands of pages long. So, we created this site to help people make sense of those reports and access essential bits of information quickly.

@mohnacky this is the need of the hour. Just analysed 'carbon impact on Himalayas'. Quite to the point data: The rate of ice sheet loss increased by a factor of four between 1992–1999 and 2010–2019.

@nishith_shah the team would love to add more data to the search engine if you have any scientific reports that would be relevant to the East.

@mohnacky Thanks! Will let you know if I come across relevant ones.

This is actually very helpful I put "climate change effect on weather" and many relevant snippets populated. Great job on prioritizing access and education about global warming.

Searching through extensive climate reports, some many thousands of pages long can feel daunting. So, we created this website to help you quickly zero in on the climate information you need to empower your action plans.

This thing is insane! What a way to consolidate what feels like too much information into concise data points. bundleIQ

This is an incredible resource. Try queries like "will the ice caps melt?" "what will happen to Florida?" and "will New York be underwater?" The team has done a great job using their tech to break down the 40+ page report and answer important questions about climate change. Definitely worth checking out!

Hi everyone, I helped build the AI that the GlobalClimateCrisis.org is using. We took the sections from the IPCC report (more datasets to come - you can also recommend datasets to add!) and we return the top results from the report that match your input. This isn't exactly a question-answering system. You might ask "how can we reverse global warming," but our AI won't answer your query. Instead, our AI will give you the most relevant sections from the report to educate yourself! Leave any questions here

I love this! We need to have real conversations about how climate change is and will continue to change our everyday lives.
Nicholas Mohnacky
@katehanley we're itching to add more data to the site. Where should we take the conversation? I'm thinking of maybe uploading Project Drawdown. https://drawdown.org/ What do you think?
