Good morning everyone, Gifty was built to solve a problem I had and I'm sure some of you last minute gifters might be able to relate! There are so many occasions during the year where we typically buy gifts: Christmas, birthdays, weddings, anniversary, baby birth… and the list goes on. I love making my friends and family happy, but I'm also someone who unfortunately tends to keep these things quite last minute 🤦🏼‍♀️ I used to find myself browsing the Internet for hours in search of the perfect gift or googling things like "what do I get my husband for our 1st wedding anniversary?" only to find super gimmicky gifts. On top of that, I've opened one too many bad presents, and there's nothing that makes me feel worse than awkwardly saying thank you whilst thinking ‘I feel so bad this person spent money on something I’ll never use’. Sadly I'm not the only one, in the UK every Christmas people receive 120 million unwanted gifts that either end up in landfill or in storage.. So last year I thought there has to be a better way, I looked for it, couldn't find exactly what I needed and so I decided to build it! Awesome product! Used it for friends gifts already and loving the new features!

Thanks to this application, I found the right gift for my husband, a big fan of strong and quality drinks such as gin. I created some custom glasses for him on https://baliandboo.com/collectio... and got him a bottle of collectible gin. He was the happiest man. So you can't go wrong when you know what your loved one's interests are, what they like. I just have to recommend this app to him because this time, he didn't know I wanted Dyson but not a spa certificate.
