I'm still trying to use the app but I think I need to change the time when I do it.
I was doing it before bed but actually made it harder for me to fall asleep

I'm a HUGE proponent of the Headspace app. I've got pretty crazy anxiety (GAD, panic disorder, etc) and this app has been one of the things that's really helped me. I love that there's a book on this now!

I've read this book a year ago. It's a very good start on meditation and Andy wrote some nice stories about his path on it.
