Just the right tool I've never even dared to ask IT guys. As a slightly impulsive manager who happens to be in a reactive mode all the time I simply didn't had a luxury of time to communicate my constant changes. Plus As I am researching and trying out several approaches to learn customers behavior I might need several changes during a day at different locations at the same time, I can not express how this tool became a lifesaver. Yap, a lifesaver cuz' if you summarize the hours spent on the communication with an IT guys on such minor issues it very well might be a few years of your life.
