Fretwell & Co is a property management platform built specifically for UK letting agents and property managers.
A Right to Rent integration would save so much time. Letting agents in the UK have to do these checks constantly and having the ID verification and document storage built into the same platform would be huge. Maybe even an automatic reminder when a tenant's right to rent is about to expire.
@nk_ll86488 Great news — Right to Rent tracking is already built into Fretwell & Co. Once you add a tenancy, head to the Tenancy module, open any tenancy and you'll find the Right to Rent section where you can log the check date, upload documents and set the expiry date. Finally a property tool that doesn't feel like it was built for US landlords and then awkwardly translated. The tenant comms templates alone saved me a good chunk of time.
