As a freelancer and product manager, I kept running into the same problem. Trying to manage clients, leads, and projects across spreadsheets, Notion pages, and endless to-do lists. I felt that most CRMs were built for sales teams and not for solo freelancers. FreelanceOS started as a personal project to simplify that chaos for my own work. It was one place for me to track leads, clients, projects, and invoices without the extra noise. As I built it, my focus evolved from just “simplifying admin” to helping other freelancers benefit from what I'd made. This allowed them to stay consistent with follow-ups, seeing where their time goes, and feeling in control of their workflow again.
