I'm Hugh, co-founder and CEO of Format. Before this I was building my previous company (exited 2021) and running bigger ones. In every company, we recorded and transcribed everything, yet nobody across the org truly knew what customers were saying.
That's why I built Format: every customer conversation, from calls, tickets and communications, pulled into one place, analyzed, and delivered as insights your team can read, listen to, or query from Claude. We also pipe that data to agents that you're building.
