This update includes a completely redesigned UI, shared Accounts, the Splitter to split expenses with friends and family, and management of debts & wishes. 💸✨ Philipp contacted me in May 2023 after seeing my app Memoly featured in a video by a German YouTuber. Since then, we’ve occasionally exchanged thoughts about each other’s apps. At that stage, Philipp was working on Financial solely with UIKit, and I couldn’t help much as my expertise is in SwiftUI. In January 2024, while working on our submission for the Swift Student Challenge, Philipp tried SwiftUI and ended up liking it. He then asked if I could help him rewrite Financial in SwiftUI. I was hooked! 🚀 I started implementing the first basic features for Financial, and we quickly realized this would be a longer project. We brought our ideas to the table, and since then, Philipp & I have been working on Financial in our free time, shipping updates like crazy. 🛠️💡 Financial 2.0 also marks the introduction of Financial Pro, a subscription that unlocks even more features to help you stay on track with your finances. Congratulations on the Launch, I'm loving the design and the SmartPay feature. I wanted to give a feedback but I couldn't find a way to do it on your website nor the app, it would be nice to give quick feedbacks as a user. Some feedbacks: -It was difficult to find you on producthunt again because of the name of the app. -I love the UI, I wish apple bought you and inplemented it in IOS -The smartpay feature is actually great, I wish it could also be set by percentage as well. -The split feature is great
