I've yet to get into the Final Fantasy games, but these iOS ports are pretty tempting. @kevin_py Have you checked it out yet? Is it a pretty good port?
@jakecrump FF 9 is my favorite episode. Graphically, the characters and the HUD are passed Retina. The controls of the characters and the battles system are fluid. It's better port compared to FF 7.

So there goes any free time I pretended to have. FF ports usually concern me (always seems to be a mini version or junked up controls). Reviews have been pretty positive saying Square finally figured out what mobile controls are all about. Excited to check this out. Bye world.
