We are launching Figura for two reasons: 🟢 First - we are startup founders, and we know how important good design is to a successful product launch. We’ve worked with companies who sacrifice design, and often, their product ends in the startup graveyard. Don’t be those guys. 🟢 Second - do you want to give orders to somebody, and they execute on it? We ain’t for ya then. Our talents are a valuable asset to your team, and we will do whatever it takes to get the best product out to people. That’s where we step in! As of today, we’ve: 🔵 Looked over 1400 designers' portfolios and passed through the process less than 3% out of everybody who applied. We don’t care if you have X years of experience; we approve only people ready to get their hands dirty. 🔵 Soft skills evaluation: startup culture fit, communication, and leadership skills assessment 🔵 Hundreds. Not really. We have our network small by intent - when we place somebody to work at a company, we want to know they are a good fit. We are actively building our product to help us vet designers more effectively and access their skills faster. We don’t use shiny new objects like AI to do this yet.
