Hi Hunters 👋 Kenneth here. As a loyal Chrome user, I was frustrated that one of Apple's most loved features from Safari and iOS wasn't available in Chrome. So, I built Faktor—a tool that grabs 2FA security codes from your iPhone and autofills them in Google Chrome on your Mac. Faktor is a native macOS app with a small Chrome extension, and once you install Faktor its easy to forget that this functionality isn't native to Chrome. Enjoy!

@auchenberg Congratulations on the launch! It is impressive that everything is local and you didnt need a backend for this magic - you could've probably done it easier if you had a server/serverless function, but I love that you decided to do it properly! Do you actually have a demo or something, like turning off WIFI on your phone and laptop and still being able to autofill the code from sms? :)

Hey! 🚀 Just got my hands on Faktor recently and hot damn, this is the stuff of tech wizardry! It's like they sneak into my iPhone, snatch the 2FA codes right from under its nose, and drop them into Chrome on my Mac without breaking a sweat. Super convenient and takes away some pain from the whole logging in process. Innovative security solutions in a sleek package, what more could an AI startup co-founder ask for?
