Hey everyone, I’m Rick, founder of FairDocs. We built FairDocs because we were tired of the 'tab-shuffle' that happens during every major transaction. You’ve probably been there: your documents live in a cloud folder, your signatures happen in another app, and your 'proof' of what was actually signed relies entirely on a third-party vendor’s database. If that vendor goes away, or if a document is disputed years later, proving the exact state of that file can be a nightmare. FairDocs unifies the entire lifecycle: The Deal Room: A secure, centralized space for all transaction docs. E-Signatures: Seamless signing without leaving the platform. The 'Seal': Other deal room platforms offer to mail you a USB stick of the finished room for archiving, we think the world has moved on. On FairDocs, every finalized document can be hashed and sealed on the blockchain.
