I'm Phil, a solo developer behind Exclusively.

Exclusively is a simple "who works where" database purposed to prevent the so-called overemployment, when people work multiple remote jobs secretly, often prioritizing paychecks over commitment to their work.

In 2023, 79% of remote workers admitted to holding another job secretly. This typically means they're not fully committed or productive at their main job. Overemployment isn't just a fleeting trend; it's been an issue for years.

Exclusively caters to those involved in hiring and managing remote workers: HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners.

Having worked remotely as a software developer for almost 13 years, I am dedicated, loyal, and passionate about my daily work. Witnessing colleagues who lack these qualities can be disheartening, eroding trust between employers and the remote workforce.

Overemployment extends beyond tech jobs; it affects any kind of remote employment, whether full-time or part-time.

Honest and loyal workers want this to see an end to this problem, as do companies.

I built Exclusively to eliminate overemployment and improve the labor market for everyone.

Here's how it works:

1. Submit your employees' LinkedIn profiles (e.g., https://linkedin.com/in/your-dearest-employee).

2. Request they confirm their connection using a special link.

3. Review those who haven't confirmed; they might be working elsewhere.

The product is bootstrapped with minimal expenses: $28.16/year for the domain, $4/month for static web page hosting, and $25/month for the database.

I don't intend to seek venture capital but may consider charging for additional features in the future.
