For a long time, I've been working on various virtual musical instruments, including the development of MIDI devices and hardware synthesizers, and eventually decided to create several mobile applications for music creation. My main idea is to simplify music creation on mobile devices. In my opinion, the main problem is the small screen size, so I primarily focus on designing a user-friendly and intuitive interface, drawing upon all my knowledge from developing VST synthesizers for PC and generally years of experience working with music. In second I think that today many services of music generation just kill the cool sound, so I want to make Apps for live play, something like Ableton, this allows to continue creative musicians express yourself on media scene, where the skill is main.
I largely rely on machine learning, which accelerates the user's process of creating patterns, sounds, notes, and chords, eliminates long, monotonous actions (which are very inconvenient on a phone), and also introduces a truly fresh sound to a musician's work.
I'd like to introduce my first music application, DrumTap – a tool for creating beats and loops. It includes both classic beat-making tools and some tools for generation and automation. I am still working on it, adding new sound libraries and generation tools.
