Very costly. Sweet speaking but very professional. My experience started with Dr. Sanjay Naik. He took 3 sessions to take history and then he said he is moving to another country. Because the company didn't have any sound contract with him, we had to opt for another doctor. He also took another session for history. None of these doctors do CBT, so you have to pay another therapist/therapists for therapies. The founder talks about affordable healthcare but they are the most costly in the market. Ended up paying 6960 INR for history taking and initial evaluations, and still haven't come up with proper diagnosis and treatment plan in writing or any progress in my condition, I was in contact with this platform for almost three months. So no value of patient's time and money. They were giving me tentative treatment plan worth 40-50K INR, I mean seriously? For a country like India how many people will be able to afford this or this platform is for financially well to do people only? Doctors don't reveal their inclination for minority groups, so we have to keep paying until we actually come to know what their stance is, and even after that the doctor wanted me to consult someone local at the same time--- I was supposed to pay two fees for single prescription, without surety about what kind of support I will get from the team for the battles I am fighting. There are definitely better options available in the market than this one both in terms of quality and affordability. And last, platform is operated over WhatsApp, so all your reports, consultations, history everything will be shared with third person other than doctor and patient-- compromise on privacy, patient doctor confidentiality.
