Yet, finding and evaluating all these communities is not easy. **Solution** Diverse.fyi - a free directory that aggregates the communities and resources that hiring teams need to reach and hire diverse teams. You can: - browse, search, and filter communities - see how many people each community can reach - view the price to post a job on their job board - see which companies have recently partnered with each community (to give you that added reassurance) - learn about the best practices for building an inclusive workplace and hiring diverse teams (by going to /learn) Combined, you can reach more than 1 MILLION potential candidates! ✨ **My asks** 1) If your manager or recruiting team is hiring, share diverse.fyi with them. 2) Comment below with the challenges you face when trying to build a diverse team.
