The product is already delivering strong results, but there are a few things I'd like to see added over time. More industry-specific workflows would be helpful, along with additional flexibility for customizing conversation flows. Deeper integrations with other CRMs and marketing tools would also make it even easier to fit into different tech stacks.
For larger sales teams, collaboration features and more detailed reporting on how conversations impact revenue could add a lot of value. It would also be interesting to have built-in testing options for different call approaches and qualification strategies.
Overall, though, these feel more like enhancements than missing pieces. The platform already does what it promises, and it's clear the team is focused on solving practical sales challenges rather than adding features just for the sake of it.

Does Dialbotix log the full transcript and key fields, like budget and timeline, into HubSpot automatically?

Currently Dialbotix shows a real-time transcript during calls and stores the full transcript and recording in the Dialbotix dashboard, where you can review, listen to, and download them anytime. Currently, this data is not automatically synced back to HubSpot; our HubSpot integration is focused on lead import. CRM enrichment with transcripts and extracted call insights is on our product roadmap.
