Hey Product Hunt! I'm David, the lead on Denver For All. Denver has a housing crisis, a sidewalk ADA compliance problem, dark money in city council races, and tenants who don't know their rights. Public data exists for all of it, but it's scattered across county court records, SEC filings, city databases, and legal code. We built tools to pull that data together and make it actionable, and then wrote 48 evidence-based policy proposals on top of it. Everything is MIT licensed and the policy content is public domain. The part I'm most excited about: the whole thing is designed to be forked. If you're in Austin, Philly, Portland, or anywhere else dealing with the same problems, QUICKSTART.md walks you through adapting it for your city. Different data sources, different policies, same infrastructure. Stack: Astro + React + TypeScript frontend, Cloudflare Pages/Workers/D1 for hosting and backends, vAPI for the voice-based tenant rights chatbot. Would love to hear from anyone working on civic tech, local organizing, or open data.
