Decode.tax

So excited to finally share this with the PH community! Here's how Decode works -- you upload your long tax return, we'll use AI-assisted OCR to automatically scan all the important information -- we then present you a report that shows you how your taxes stack up along with suggestions to reduce your tax bill We've been testing it with a few hundred returns over the last few weeks and finally have the tech good enough to roll out publicly We wanted to release it before the October 15 deadline if anyone wants to double check their accountants work All feedback welcome! P.S. Since this is obviously a ton of sensitive info, wanted to reiterate that we don't share this information with anyone, we don't store the full tax return anywhere and we allow people to delete all their information at any point

I love the idea of making tax returns smarter, easier, and more user-friendly. Asking respectfully, is this secure? I see that you have the data disclaimer front and center (and extra points for the silly blocks on your website that I sat here playing with 😆), but if a free product is letting me upload my most sensitive data, I'm a little wary of what the benefit is to the company receiving that info.

Turning tax returns from 'yawn' to 'yay'? 🤓 Now that's some financial wizardry! If only you could also make my tea while deciphering those numbers. ☕️😂 Kudos on making taxes less taxing!

Tax planning or management is main topic for founders and sometimes we need to learn by doing. It could be so helpful!
