Hello! I'm Gildásio and I've been developing deck.blue, a multi-column client for Bluesky by myself since 2023-08-08. After I got removed from the other option in the bird site, I basically started this project out of spite. Bluesky is the only social network that I believe has the potential to be the new town square of the internet, and thanks to their immediately available and robust API support, I was able to start this as soon as I was logged out from my beloved column-based layout.

Bluesky hasn’t seen quite the same burst of client development as Mastodon, making the arrival of a full fledged multicolumn web client that much more exciting. Deck.blue is feature rich, and it really helps expose the best parts of Bluesky — the feeds. My primary means of using bsky on desktop.

They have done such a great job. I know it's not 100% what everyone wants but they are adding features, fixing shit and just working hard. It's awesome and miss it when I am on my phone.

@davey_sawatzky Thank you so much! I'm the same, I couldn't even consider moving to Bluesky without a multi-column UI. After not feeling satisfied with the available options, I just built my own!
