Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m JN, a full-stack developer. I built DealFlow because I saw my real estate friends struggling to manage their deal pipelines using disjointed Excel sheets and email threads. They were losing track of leads and making math errors on their offers (MAO). I realized they needed a tool that combined CRM tracking with Financial Underwriting. For the Developers here: I used this project to benchmark the new Next.js 16 App Router and Supabase. It uses Server Actions for everything (no API routes!) and heavy Row Level Security (RLS) for role management. I’d love to hear your feedback on the UI and the underwriting formulas!
