Hey ProductHunt!
While Cursor has already revolutionized coding, you can still configure it to perform even better based on your language and framework.
That's why we created Cursor Directory, a collection of the best cursor rules and videos for your framework and language from the community.
It's fully open source and you can contribute to it by submitting your own rules and feel free to you this template to create your own directory!
Just copy and add a .cursorrules file to your project root!
Made by me and Viktor during a Saturday hack night!
Hope you like it!
@pontusab good stuff! Saw it earlier on X. Thank you for making this.

The open-source nature and ease of contribution make it an inviting tool for developers. The casual mention of it being a product of a Saturday hack night adds a personal and relatable touch.
This is really interesting! How does the Cursor Directory handle different languages and frameworks? Also, are there any specific examples of rules that you've found particularly useful? Great job, @pontusab!
@elke_qin Thanks! I have personally just used Cursor for TypeScript, nextjs etc and love it, while I have a bunch of different libs these rules helps Cursor to write it in my preferred way, just add an example and some documentation for it!
