And the automations are not as complicated as the competition. You do not need to build complex workflows with CrowdPower. Each automation is a simple linear progression anyone can set up quickly. The goal was to create a simple, essential tool to add to any SaaS product for customer and team notifications. It's also incredibly helpful to see customer activity at a glance, with each user having their own timeline of activity.
