Fantastic product! The option to take notes in the platform and sync them directly to your CRM certainly helps to create and improve general data quality in the CRM, something that many companies have challenges with today.
The checklists are also a unique selling point since you can ensure that your sales team is asking the right questions, this helps to shorten sales cycles - creates consistency within the sales teams - speeds up the onboarding of new hires and creates a better customer experience.
Thanks @joris_beerten! CRM integration has definitely been one of the priorities for us, speeding up the manual process of notes and feedback management, so that sales teams spend less time on admin.

Can the user share admin control so a colleague can takes notes/run surveys etc in case the presenter wants to focus on talking?

Hi @majormick, our goal is no make note-taking so easy that it won't take your attention from your pitch. That being said, we're looking to have an option in the future where you can enable anyone in your team to run the call if you are not available for some reason.

Can sales enablement teams incorporate sales scripts the reps should follow? So not only the checklist for data gathering, but also a checklist of USPs reps should mention.

Hi @lien_sc, that's coming imminently! Right now you can use checklists as a way of structuring your pitch (besides from capturing responses), but we'll soon ship a feature to have proper sales scripts on top of the call!
