Cosmic AI Support Agent
Launching today
Put an AI support agent on your website with one script tag. It answers from the content your site already publishes, so when you update a page, the answers update too.
Set the name, color, greeting, and a few suggested questions. When the agent can't help, the visitor leaves an email and the question. You get the email. They get a confirmation.
Try Leo answering questions about Cosmic, then activate your own:

Answering from the content the site already publishes is the right call — no second knowledge base to keep in sync. Does it handle bilingual sites (e.g. Arabic + English pages) and answer in the visitor's language? That's a big deal for GCC businesses. Congrats!
@almoosawi Thanks Ali! Yes you can ask to speak to the agent in any language.
"when you update a page, the answers update too" is the line that makes me want to know the actual lag. if an editor fixes a wrong price at 2pm, is Leo answering with the new number by 2:01, or is there some index/embedding rebuild step that takes a few minutes, during which the agent confidently gives the old number with no indication it might be stale? that gap between "content changed" and "agent knows content changed" seems like the one place this could quietly go wrong
@galdayan Great question. Since Cosmic is the single source of truth for your site content and your support agent, the update is instant!
The one script setup sounds pretty straightforward. It could be really handy for smaller teams that don't want to spend much time setting up a separate support system.
@tumblar_kevin Absolutely! Let me know when you try it and have any questions.
