    I've loved ConvertFlow and have been using it personally and for clients sites over the last year. With any new software in the early days there was a few teething issues but Ethan and Jonathan did an amazing job to fix any issues I had. Now I can have a multiple funnel CTA through out my whole site tailored to individual users. I highly recommend the software don't believe me sign up for a free trial.

    These guys are awesome to work with. Their professionalism and presentation far exceeds anything I would expect from a 2-man team. The turnaround time for feature requests is phenomenal. If you use HubSpot this is the best popup product you can find.

    I like everything about this product. I've been using it for about 9+ months or so and the possibilities are endless.

    Cons: 

    Nothing major I can think of. It is software so there are little bugs here and there, but they are quick to fix them if you point them out.

    The biggest benefit to using Convert Flow is being able to sync everything with your CRM. This allows you to show the right CTA at the the right time which allows for a higher conversion rate. I'm not even using it to the best its of abilities. You could essentially create a CTA for every possible scenario. They're constantly updating it and providing new features.

    I can now build marketing automation funnels with congruency between a website and email campaigns - brilliant!

    We started using ConvertFlow as an alternative to Gravity Forms since it would give us more details about each form filled out. It offers better looking and more intelligent forms that collect the data we need to make better sales decisions. The fact that it integrates with Active Campaign lets us put that data to use in automated marketing campaigns. Customer support is excellent as well, fast and knowledgable. They even pushed a release to the front of the line to better suit what we needed to accomplish. Great team at ConvertFlow!

    Fantastic support, HubSpot integration, easy to design beautiful popups

    Cons: 

    Having a display condition based on a visitor's number of sessions would be nice

    I really, really love ConvertFlow. I've used other popup services (Sumo, for example) and none compare. Bugs are fixed within 24hrs, support team is really quick and helpful, new features always being added, and our conversion rates are high because of all the nitty gritty display conditions. Fantastic company. Highly recommend.
