COVID has brought a spotlight on communities and the importance of coming together. It’s so important to do your day-to-day and keep the community engaged that sometimes you are scrambling to wrap up highlights. With this tool and Carmen’s experience as a community manager, it’s simplified the process and made the process seamless. This template is definitely worth a shot!

For YEARS, I've overseen the year-end impact report of the non-profit I work for and this one that specifically looks at community-centric highlights from the year is a great addition to delighting our community members.

Communities are finally having a moment. Last year showed millions of people across the globe realized how important it is to build thriving digital communities.
