Hey Product Hunt 👋🏻 Your customers hate forms as much as we do. Many products have been trying hard reinventing forms to make it more engaging and human. Today, we have something else that people love – messaging. Collect chat is an interactive chat widget that collects data from your website visitors by asking questions you have scripted - 24/7, fully on auto-pilot. You get an email alert (or a web hook) when a user completes the questions. We strongly believe redirecting "Regular" website visitor to Messenger or any other chatbot platform is a broken user experience, So we made a widget that lives inside your website. Some of our features are - Make user interactions more engaging with beautiful input elements like single/multiple options, date picker, range picker, rating emotion picker etc.. - Build and customise chat widget using simple drag and drop tool. - Install on the website by pasting js code or using WordPress plugin. - Integrate to over 500 apps that are part of your workflow using Zapier. - Powerful data visualisations in dashboard helping you to make better business decisions. The best part: is 100% free during Beta (For 2 months) We’d love some feedback and I’m here to answer your questions... Cheers, Shyjal
@shyjal Congrats on the launch! do you guys have any specific use cases in mind? If you ever think about hotel websites definitely feel free to hit me up and we can chat about getting you listed on Hotel Tech Report.
@mwtbrowser Hey Adam, One of the main use case of is lead/order collection. Travel domain was the first domain we tested Most of the sites have seen more than 200% increase in their orders. / https://www.alleppeyhouseboatclu... are few travel websites where we tested initially. We are in talks with few hotel chains as well. Hope they will implement it soon. Let me know your thoughts :)
Got a chance to try this couple of days back. It's like Intercom and Typeform packed into one intuitive widget. Good job @shyjal
@jijosunny Hey Jijo, thanks for the feedback!

I am very excited to see what this company develops in the future, I just wish they had a chat integration with freshdesk as well as trial access to the logical rules and other features.

Clean interface, User friendly, easy to install, seems to have great potential.

The logical rules(What sells the product for me) is only on paid plans with no trial option.
