I get the idea and nice UI execution which most likely attract people (this is the wrong reason to attract people though).

I give more fault to ProductHunt team for tweeting it as a Coinbase competitor, which is not as they dont deal with euros, usd etc.

Pros:

Sleak UI

Cons:

- I dont see the pros.

- Doesnt support fiat currency.

It does support Fiat currency- Euros.
CoinFalcon is one of the coolest UI to enter the crypto-world (like Coinbase, and unlike Kraken). Now, support and availability are crucial. Fun fact: was supposed to be a "no fee" platform. But you know... πŸ˜‰

@jpatlab Nobody care about UI, the point is fee.

@jpatlab @_selcukahmet disagree. The value of a currency increases significantly only if it's penetration grows. UI impacts penetration directly because it makes the process of buy and sell seamless. So I think @jpatlab did a good job. However, I'm still curious what are the fees on the platform?

@_selcukahmet disagree. For mass-market, UI is very important. See Coinbase: #1 platform but higher fees than others. Explanation?

@jpatlab @_selcukahmet @akimovnv You can view our fees here: coinfalcon.com/fees. For what it's worth, we didn't receive a single complaint, that I know of, when we told our users we were adding fees.
@akimovnv I’m just the hunter here, not the maker. πŸ˜‰

I would love to check this out, but there is a checkbox on the sign up page that states: "I certify that I am not a U.S. citizen, resident or entity (a U.S. Person) nor am I acting on behalf of a U.S. Person." which at first glance doesn't make a lot of sense, but basically means that you can't sign up if you are an American...

That's fine, but it should be much more clear before you even get to the sign up page, and not just put it as a checkbox that most people aren't likely to fully read.

Pros:

None - Can't use it.

Cons:

Non-Americans Only

I can't use Coinbase, seems fair πŸ˜†Also the thing with hidden geographical restrictions is not just super annoying, it's more like 'go and put your stupid website in your ass' annoying, especially when you live in a shithole kind of country, and therefore like every second website on the Internet that deals with money does not allow you to create an account. Or worse, it does let you register, but when you try to actually use it, it doesn't let you. I've been a victim of a notorious design like this a couple of times, and after that the first thing I do when I visit a financial website is opening the user agreement. Helped me to save a couple of hours. Life makes you learn haha.
Yea, it's like walking into a restaurant you're excited to try out but then noticing it's cash only
I have transfered bitcoin on their wallet, I see that they transfered the coins to one other wallet one day after. I have tried to withdraw my coins 4 days later but the coins never come, I have asked them, they first send me a fake hashtag and no transaction exist, then they send me an old transaction that did not match with my transfer. At the end they stopped answering my email. This organisation is totally a scam and they are stealing people money. If you are victim, report them to action fraud on https://www.actionfraud.police.u...

@jpatlab @coinfalcon @jordansteeves Any plans on adding XRP any time soon?
@roberts_bite Yup, it's on our roadmap!
@coinfalcon How do you switch to USD?
@paul_banks anybody answer your question yet?
The user photos on here are stock images. The design looks sharp but that seems a bit disingenuous no?
