Yes. I have used Codiqa on the web before, and demoed it this morning. It's nice for super rapid prototyping that can be exported to HTML click-throughs with transitions. It still has some web vestiges that hold it back from really feeling native, but it's nice to work locally. You can customize all the HTML/CSS/JS in-app. Me? I'd probably punch through the rapid prototyping while giving things IDs as needed, then use another tool to actually style it up (if needed).
