Congratulations for product launch :) Random thought for B2B sales : a) Reach out to SAAS companies who have recently raised funding as they will be more likely to buy your product. b) Reach out to SAAS companies who are hiring for customer support. Most targeted list will help you in good conversions.

The platform is easy to use and allow to redirect customers to the relevant resources.

I recommend this tool to any SaaS startups!

@jacqvon hi Jacqueline! Thank you for a good question. Comparing to other chatbot platforms we are focusing on automating Customer Support for SaaS companies. Meaning that we have integration with platform like Intercom, Zendesk. Our platform interface is designed for people without coding skills, at the same time you can make advanced solutions using web hooks and API. Did I mention that we have strong NLP as well?
