Hi, I'm the founder of ClaimAir - it's a mobile app that helps air passengers to master their rights and collect compensations for flight delays, cancellations, denied boardings and baggage related issues. Every feedback would be highly appreciated, thanks :-)

Yo, @JakubLadra! I first learned that airlines are legally required to compensate passengers for delays, cancelations, etc. when I heard about AirHelp which appears to be very similar. How do you compare?

Hi @rrhoover. For sure, airlines are obliged to pay you compensations in certain cases. However, the fact is that they don't do that automatically (you must ask them first) and often mystify passengers in order to reduce their expenses. In comparison with AirHelp, our app provides real-time in-app assessment of your claims based on your flight details. It means that we help you right at the airport at a time of inconvenience. The app tells you what you are entitled to receive and give you instructions how to get it immediately. Moreover, we are focused on baggage related issues (delays, losses and damages) which our competitors don't cover at all.

@JakubLadra Love the idea of having it in your pocket at the time of inconvenience. Very curious as to why you started with Android first. That doesn't seem to happen very often.

@alwaysunday Thank you Andy, I really appreciate your compliment. Actually it's not so common here in Europe to focus on iOS platform first - according to statistics, Android has almost 70% market share in Europe. However, iOS (and Win8) is in our roadmap and will follow soon.
