ChronoFast AI turns fasting from a countdown into coaching. Ask "did I break my fast?" type it, say it, or snap a photo, and the AI analyzes the impact against your exact fast stage. Watch an AI-simulated glucose curve, sync steps & sleep so fasted activity moves you ahead metabolically, and learn every stage with peer-reviewed citations, no bro-science. Fast with buddies, challenges, leaderboards, and Multi 12 Languages support. Free on iOS & Android; Pro unlocks deep AI insights.

Really like how it checks if something broke your fast just by snapping a photo, that part feels genuinely useful. One thing I'd love is a smart meal planning mode that suggests what to eat during your eating window based on your past glucose responses and goals, so the app helps you recover or stay on track instead of just tracking. Would make the coaching side feel complete.
@tahayankulΒ Thanks Taha. Glad the "Did I Break My Fast?" photo check is useful. That was the goal an instant, unambiguous answer instead of second-guessing.
On meal planning: agreed, that's the missing half of the coaching loop. Today the app simulates how foods affect your glucose response, but it stops at the eating window. Turning that into proactive "eat this to recover / stay on track" guidance, informed by your goals and the glucose-response model, is a direct next step rather than a new direction. Adding it to the roadmap and will follow up here when it ships.
Appreciate the precise feedback.
Tried it for a couple days and the glucose curve simulation is surprisingly eye-opening, especially when it factors in my step count. Also appreciated that every claim is backed by a real citation instead of vague wellness language.
@orhanun9vΒ Thanks, you've picked out the two decisions we argue about most internally, so this is good to hear.
The glucose curve is deliberately labeled a simulation: it's modeled from food composition, fasting state, and your real activity, fasted steps steepen the curve's return to baseline in the model, not measured from your body. We'd rather be honest about that boundary than dress an estimate up as a reading, so it's good that the transparency reads as a feature rather than a hedge.
Same philosophy on citations: every physiological claim in the stage education traces to primary sources, Nobel-recognized autophagy research, NIH, Johns Hopkins, because fasting content is drowning in vague wellness language and we wanted an app that shows its work.
Next release ties that same model into eating-window meal suggestions as requested by @tahayankul, so the curve stops being just a readout and starts informing what to eat. Thanks for the thoughtful couple of days.
