👋 Hi Product Hunt! I’m Gwen, founder of Chorale.

I created Chorale after learning from a nanny agency owner that she spends 40+ hours a month on scheduling alone. The work was tedious and high-stakes because all the real rules lived in her head — who to schedule, why, and what would break if she got it wrong. No existing software captured that expertise, and it was pulling her away from the work she actually cared about: supporting families and caregivers.

I wanted to help, so I came up with the idea for Chorale.

Chorale collects availability and requests, visualizes everything in one place, and uses AI to apply the real-world rules agency owners already rely on — preferences, constraints, and priorities — to generate schedules in seconds. Admins stay in control; Chorale just handles the heavy lifting.
