Chiti.ai was born from a specific frustration we experienced with our Enterprise software implementations. For years, our team had been creating the same types of documents over and over: Software Requirements Specifications, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications and Test Plans for SAP ecosystem implementations.
Each document took 10-40 hours to create. We had templates, but they were just empty Word files with placeholder text. Every time we started a new client project, we'd copy an old document, spend hours deleting irrelevant content, and manually fill in new details. The process was mind-numbing, error-prone, and a massive time sink for our senior consultants.
The "Why Not AI?" Moment
In late September 2025, after watching one of our senior architects spend 35 hours creating a technical specification for a client's SAP S/4HANA migration, we asked ourselves: "Why are we still doing this manually?
