Chiti.ai was born from a specific frustration we experienced with our Enterprise software implementations. For years, our team had been creating the same types of documents over and over: Software Requirements Specifications, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications and Test Plans for SAP ecosystem implementations.
Each document took 10-40 hours to create. We had templates, but they were just empty Word files with placeholder text. Every time we started a new client project, we'd copy an old document, spend hours deleting irrelevant content, and manually fill in new details. The process was mind-numbing, error-prone, and a massive time sink for our senior consultants.
The "Why Not AI?" Moment
In late September 2025, after watching one of our senior architects spend 35 hours creating a technical specification for a client's SAP S/4HANA migration, we asked ourselves: "Why are we still doing this manually? AI can write code, generate images, and have conversations—why can't it help us create professional business documents?"
That's when we decided to build something different.
