I'm Ayoub, founder of Chirps.cc. The inspiration came from watching small businesses lose customers in real time. A friend of mine runs a small service business and I noticed he was missing calls every single evening, site visitors leaving with no response, leads going cold overnight. He wasn't losing to bad products or bad pricing he was losing because nobody was available at the wrong time of day. That felt like a completely solvable problem.
Most businesses can't afford to be available 24/7 but their customers don't stop having questions after 6pm. Existing solutions were either too expensive, too technical, or only solved half the problem. We wanted one assistant that a business owner could set up in minutes, that learned their entire business automatically, and that customers could interact with in whatever way felt natural to them typing a message on the site, clicking to call directly from the website, or dialing a real phone number. All handled by the same AI, all in one place, easy to manage with no technical knowledge needed. That's Chirps.cc.
We started thinking Chirps.cc was mainly a chat product. The more we talked to business owners the clearer it became that voice was just as important a lot of their customers just want to pick up the phone or click to call directly from the site without going anywhere else. That pushed us to make calling a first class feature rather than an afterthought. The launch process also taught us that business owners don't want to hear about AI features they want to hear that they'll never miss a lead again. That completely changed how we talk about Chirps.
