I have sent thousands of resumes and created so many cover letters only to either get rejected or simply ignored by HR and job boards. I tried to get certifications to make my resume stand out, and think long and hard on how to look good to recruiters, but I realized that I was simply getting auto-rejected by ATS systems before a human even looked at my resume. So I got to thinking about the issue: The resume game is rigged. You could probably have the perfect experience for the job, but if you don't use the exact keywords that the AI is scanning for or simply don't elaborate enough, you're cooked. Most people will toss their resume into Chat-GPT and just ask it to make their resume better, but that's not enough. I made a site that takes all the nuances, hyper-specificity, and metrics that make you a cut-above-the-rest and actually showcase that to recruiters. To make sure that it can actually read and ingest all of your information, I specifically used DOCX because it worked the best. I particularly hate when resume builder sites change all of your information without explaining why they did what they did, so I added a scoring system, analytics to read through, tips to improve, what the specific job you are applying for is looking for, and a cover letter to go alongside your new resume (still keeping your information in mind). The ultimate goal is to ACTUALLY get hired, after all.
