Hi Product Hunt! I’m Alistair, founder of Caseway and the team behind CaseForm. One of the biggest hidden problems in the legal system is court forms. Lawyers and legal staff still spend hours copying the same information across dozens of fields, across multiple forms, often under tight deadlines. Small mistakes can cause filings to be rejected or delayed, and courts themselves are overwhelmed with paperwork. We built CaseForm to remove that friction. CaseForm automatically generates court-ready forms from case information already stored in legal software. Instead of manually filling forms field by field, the system maps matter data directly into the correct structure and produces completed documents. We’re starting with California Judicial Council forms because they are some of the most structured and complex forms used by law firms. If automation works there, it can work almost anywhere. Our long-term goal is simple: reduce the administrative burden of legal work so lawyers can spend more time on strategy, advocacy, and helping clients. One thing we ve noticed while working with early partners is that the real bottleneck isn t just filling out forms. It s gathering information from different documents, copying it across multiple fields, and making sure everything stays consistent.
