Congrats on launch @Roymap! Very excited to see where this goes. I love the fact that you're already tackling flight search and research. I haven't seen these included in many of the bots I've tried. What's next for Zoom.ai? Do you see the focus as being the NLP/AI side or adding new features?

@thecoolestcool the AI/ML part will continue to grow as learning a user's preferences (or context) is very important to understanding what and how a user wants in relation to completing tasks. The NLP will need to be tweaked as new people come on the system who speak differently, but we have robust NLP technology so that isn't going to be a problem. Where we see a lot of time and thought is the enterprise class of features that we all need to do our jobs better and the automated interaction of those features between themselves (eg. Flight > Calendar > Uber > Expenses).
