Hey, folks! I'm the cofounder of a SaaS product (MoonClerk) that my business partner and I bootstrapped about 10 years ago. We've just launched a completely new product - CableCar.
CableCar is designed to help retailers have live one-to-one video conversations with customers on their websites. We like to think of it as if these small business owners had call-center software for Facetime.
Retailers could use Facetime but their staff probably doesn't want to be handing out their personal phone numbers. They could use Zoom but they can't put instant Zoom calls on their website. And even if they did, they couldn't use Zoom to schedule everything, know what customers were interested in, follow-up with customers, or track their staff's progress and performance.
We believe CableCar will help online retailers (particularly those with physical stores) increase conversion rates, reduce returns, grow average basket sizes, upsell the profitable items, and drive online visitors to your physical stores.
I'd love to hear your feedback or questions!
